While we’re taking about more suitable attitudes to adopt, let’s talk about finding and creating fitness and/or eating an healthy diet motivations because lack of enough is probably why you aren’t putting in your best. “Just to look more sexy is “vanity’ ” people told me. “But you can find more worthy fuels” I told them back
1. Your family : Effective husbands, wives, parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts or … need to be at the top of their games.
2. “Children will grow up.” is it what you’re thinking ? sure they’re growing up or will but they still need a healthier and older version of you for themselves and for our younger ones. If you don’t do what must be done you won’t get there. Your family rely on you, you are priceless so take care of them.
3. Yourself : YES ! Being alive for yourself is not bad… Because you deserve all the extras your life is offering you. If you think you don’t what do you answer “Does the sun, the moon, the sky have purposes of being?” Convince yourself that your life and all the possibilities it offer have purposes too, and their purposes’s final purpose is to give you the best LIFE.
