MOBILE PERSONAL TRAINING
Welcome to our Central NJ Mobile Personal Training Company where we treat your health and fitness objectives as our own. We have a selection of quality trainers that are available in the Central NJ area. We serve the Middlesex, Somerset and Union County areas in NJ. We will travel to your home, office or local gym. However, gym memberships and travel expenses will be paid by the client.
Our certified trainers specialize in many forms of exercise; including functional training, boxing,kickboxing,self-defense ,nutrition, flexibility, weight loss and optional one time or more instructional sessions for the client who just wants to learn a new skill or exercise . All of our sessions are designed to educate you and help improve you as a person mentally and physically.
We are not like most personal training companies and do not require any contracts for our personal training services. We believe in doing business the right way and do not want you to be locked in a contract if you are not using our services.
